The identification, protection and commercialisation of intellectual property developed at CRANN is an important part of the Institute’s activity. This is performed in conjunction with the technology transfer offices of both TCD and UCC.
For more information sign up to our technologies mailing list to receive emails (no more than one per month) about CRANN technologies.
Technologies with applications in the following areas are available for commercial exploitation:
Including technologies to reduce the size and cost of semiconductors and for improving optical communications.
Technologies include those with application in drug delivery, medical device coating and cleaning and microbial detection.
Technologies include materials with enhanced properties such as mechanical, anti-bacterial, surface texture, porosity etc., for use in medical devices, semiconductors and a range of other applications.
Including technologies for chromatography, electroplating, surface patterning and nanoimprinting.
